Delivery

Most items are in stock and your order will ship within 2 business days of placing your order. However, we do ask that you allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Some items fly out the door faster than we can restock. We ship UPS Ground, out of Oregon, and delivery can take from 1- 6 business days to states in the Continental United States. Depending on stock and if we are notified by noon PST, we can usually accomodate rush shipments. We will ship to US territories. International shipping is no longer available.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please call or email Surroundings for a Return Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number. Email: CandleDeLightStore@gmail.com or call (541) 850-9898 to get your return authorization number. Please send returns to: CandleDeLightStore Shipping dept.,

Please write your return authorization number on outside of package and include order or invoice number with your return to ensure proper credit. We will credit your account for merchandise received immediately upon receipt, less restocking and shipping fees.

There is a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns. Returned merchandise must be received within 3 weeks of issuance of your Return Authorization Number. Product must be received in good condition for resale.
