All of our products have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send them back to us in original condition (unused) and we'll credit your account toward your next purchase! Fragrances are the only exception and cannot be returned. We have 1 oz. sampler bottles for testing before you purchase larger quantities so that you are not "stuck" with anything that you do not like. Shipping Costs are not refunded
